Hey there, fellow leaders and seekers of growth!

Welcome to Ignite and Fight, where messy journeys transform into meaningful messages.

My journey is unique, but so is yours! That is what makes every story so interesting. I am currently an Athletic Coordinator and Head Basketball Coach, but I also have a 20-year career in the US Army Military Police Corps, including multiple combat tours that have given me a unique lens on life and a lot of heavy times to navigate. But through the chaos, I’ve discovered that my mess can indeed be my message, and my purpose is to share my struggles to serve others.

Enter Ignite and Fight, where I aim to do just that. My experiences have taught me valuable lessons, and now, as a student in Creighton’s Doctor of Education in interdisciplinary leadership program, I’m gaining new perspectives and insights that I’m eager to share.

There’s no better time than now to start these conversations with positive leaders like yourself. Together, let’s ignite inspiration, fight through challenges, and grow in community.
